• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. A representative will be sent to collect the items from you.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
• Once we receive and inspect the items, the refund will be processed through bank transfer or Vodafone Cash.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
